almost all of the leaves on my ghost plant are dying and i don’t know what to do. does anyonr have any advice for me?

All succulents are basically the same: they need a ton of light (8 hours at least), well draining chunky cactus or succulent soil, and they need drought conditions IE allowed to dry all the way out and then a flood. If yours aren’t getting some or all of that try changing those conditions and see if it helps
