# Hello new to this app but I got a blood orange tree and I have it…

Hello new to this app but I got a blood orange tree and I have it indoors for the winter.. it’s blooming at the moment gots lots of buds and and bout6 open. Does anyone here have experience with these? I don’t think that app knows it’s flowering and bout to fruit.

It will fruit indoors if you manually pollinate.

I’m not worried about the pollination. more the fertilizer schedule /care and of a fruiting tree versus ones that not. And actually it’s self pollinating most the types of potted citrus or variegated are from what I’ve read

That’s true but hand pollination will increase your odds of success.
