# I ordered 2 philodendron melanochrysum starter plants from Etsy on…

_Posted by Lisa on 2023-12-20_

I ordered 2 philodendron melanochrysum starter plants from Etsy on October 4th. I never received the plants and got a refund because they were out of stock. Fast forward to tonight. ’m not sure why yet but I received the 2 plants today!! However, I was not made aware that they were coming so I didn’t know they had been delivered. It was 25 degrees here in New York today. The plants were soooooo cold when I brought them in. I hope they survive. Please comment to let me know how I can best go about ensuring that I do everything possible to try and save these poor babies. Any advice appreciated. 💚

Honestly they don’t look like they got any cold damage! Just allow them to acclimate to your space
