Grow Light Usage

Winter time is approaching, and I'm already at the point where sunlight is very limited. I have a grow light and I'm fairly new to this.

Question is, how long should I have the Grow Light on over my plants per day?

Personally I go 12hrs.

depends how strong your lights are and what kind of plants you have. i’d start with 8-10 hours. typically people have their lights on anywhere from 6-18 hours depending on the plant. too much artificial light can burn like the sun so it’s important to gradually increase their light exposure if that’s what you decide upon
