I got an early Christmas present from my mum, super excited! It’s a Swiss Cheese, and it’s the biggest plant I’ve had yet. For now, I’ve placed it in front of my dollhouse (I like to collect tiny things and decorate the house, it’s actually pretty fun lmao) temporarily before I find a proper spot for them. If there’s any major tips, please tell me them! I have not watered but the soil is damp, and seems watered. Do they like misting? Any specific care details ?
I’m planning to repot them when I get the chance, so yup.

Congrats on your new plant baby! They like a good mist. I’d let the soil dry out in between watering. Be weary of tap water as well.

Would boiled water be okay? I don’t have a way to collect rain water and don’t have access to distilled water. I wait until the water cools off course

Actually yes! That would be just fine. You can also leave tap water out for 24 hours too 😊

They’re tropical plants and are used to lots of humidity. Misting is your friend! Or, even better, get a small humidifier and keep it near your tropical plants.
