I don’t always have time in the morning for watering my plants. I try to water them when I first get up in the morning. Are there other times of the day that are good times to water them?

I water whenever. Usually inside plants get watered when I notice they need it. Or certain plants I water on certain days because that is what they are used too.  
It doesn’t really water when you water as long as you water.  
My outside plants usually get water in evening. Especially in the summer time!

I also water indoor plants at any time. The concern with night watering is water left on the leaves of certain plants like roses can contribute to mold and fungal growth. This usually applies to plants growing outside.  
I try to water outside plants in the morning. This allows the plants to soak up enough water to survive the hot summer days.
