# Money tree: I’ve had this plant about 3 months and doing well…

Money tree: I’ve had this plant about 3 months and doing well overall. I recently noticed these irregular spots on a couple of the lower/older leaves. It looks like the spots are transparent, like the chlorophylls are gone? Any ideas what this it? Just sun spots?

I have the same spots as well! Not sure what they are from.

Are they only on the lower leaves?

That’s a very nice tree! I’m not 100% sure about the spots but I have a few quick questions, if that’s okay.

1\. Are they easy to care for?  
2\. Are they toxic to cats?  
3\. Where did you gets yours?

It been easy as long as it has a grow light (had experiment a lot to get right setting) and let dry out about 25% before watering. Got it cheap at Costco (they went like hotcakes). Costco doesn’t usually have plants but when they do, they go quickly.

Sorry, I don’t know if they’re toxic to cats.
