Spider plant baby. Falls off the plant, gets blown by the wind and grows in a new spot. I have several in my yard.

You can plant this directly in soil Add rooting hormone powder to improve root growth. Keep the soil barely moist the first 2 or 3 weeks. Then, water regularly after the soil is almost dry. They like well draining soil, higher humidity and bright indirect light. This one needs a little fertilizer. It should be darker.
