Yes. This is my first time using grow lights so will see how it goes. I also got an inexpensive light meter on Amazon and it’s been very helpful. I research how many foot candles a plant should ideally have and, using my light meter, I can adjust the intensity/distance of the grow light.

Here is a pic of the light meter I have that’s actually on a Black Friday sale for $25!
