I’ve got a albo monstera adansonii and just put out a new leaf. Problem is it has no white just a couple lighter green areas. What am I doing wrong? I’ve got grow lights and fertilize.

Variegation is pretty chaotic. Most variegated plants can alternate between levels of white or revert to all green. See how the next leaf or two comes out, they may be white like previous ones

Variegation largely depends on the genes of the plants, so more light might help but it really won’t fix it overall. Sometimes giving it a little chop underneath the most recent non-variegated leaf will make it put out a more variegated one but there’s no guarantee.
