# I live in Florida and I’m having hard time getting my soil to dry…

I live in Florida and I’m having hard time getting my soil to dry out. It’s been almost a month since I’ve watered my money tree and two weeks since I watered my nerve plant and this is what it looks like. Am I doing something wrong or is it just because we’re going into winter?

What is the soil mix? What is your lighting situation for this plant? Is there airflow around the plant?

It’s potting soil with extra perlite they get about 4 hours of direct sunlight and then two more hours of a grow light and they’re right next to the screen window so they get a decent amount of air flow/wind
