Personally- I’d get rid of that soil, wash the plant and roots well, spray anti pest spray on it and start over with fresh soil!

Yeah. Repot for sure.

It may be slime mold, google slime mold on houseplant soil. I don’t think it harmful.

Diatomaceous earth is also good for killing any pests that like to live in the soil!

id repot with new soil as soon as possible! ugh pests are so annoying!
