Hi! I have been dealing with mealy bugs for a while now and I don’t know how to tell if they are gone. My plant still has many leaves dropping from it but I haven’t seen any bugs for a couple weeks now. I have been using rubbing alcohol to get rid of them and I’m wondering if this is residue from the rubbing alcohol or if it from the bugs?

I’d keep an eye out , just to be safe ! I like to use a mix of dish soap and water , if you don’t like buying special sprays . Just make sure to give it plenty of water and let the soap dry out between sprays if you chose to do this !
