# So I’ve been propagating my polka dot plant for a few weeks now and…

So I’ve been propagating my polka dot plant for a few weeks now and she’s doing so amazing. I woke up and found this purple leaf/flower? This is my first time with with the plant so I’ve never seen this before. Does anyone know what she is?

I found that once my polka dot plant flowered she would decline in appearance and get leggy. So, while the flowers are pretty I usually would cut off any stem that had buds to help keep the plant bushy.
