# Hi everyone! I just bought this beautiful fiddle leaf fig. Any advice…

Hi everyone! I just bought this beautiful fiddle leaf fig. Any advice on where to put it? I have two big windows facing west and one sliding door facing North. West facing windows get a lot of light in the afternoon. Thanks!

My fiddle fig is in a west facing window that gets bright indirect light most of the day \& it has lots of new baby leaves 😁

I also have it near the humidifier since we’ve had to turn our heat on \& it doesn’t like to get too dry 🤷🏻‍♀️

Has new leaves sprouting up top, which is odd for fall 😂 so it must be happy now

That’s amazing! I’m going to buy a humidifier as well. Thanks for the advice!

It’ll probably be better on the west facing window because it will get more sunshine, but whatever works best for you! my fiddle leaf is on a north facing window because that is all I have and it’s thriving beautifully!

I would choose the west window. Once you find a good spot just leave it. They don’t like to be moved around a lot.
