My micans is so scraggly. Any advice on how to get her looking more healthy and bushy?

Stringy bare vines indicate a lack of consistent watering, low light, low humidity or all of the above. Adjust the watering frequency. Add a humidifier. Move closer to bright indirect light.

Cut out the bare spots in the vines and propagate. Put the propagated new plants back into the same pot to add fullness.

Sounds like a plan. Thanks Sunny. Should I allow soil to dry out completely before watering or water when first couple of inches are dry?

You can let about an inch or two of the soil to dry out for a pot that size. The plant will look slightly droopy. Leaves will fold a bit when it needs water. The leaves will turn yellow and brown. Then, they will drop off if the time between watering is too long.
