Help! My wrinkled leaves peperomia seems to have mold? I left my plant in the bathroom over the weekend, misted before I left. Once I came back on Sunday. Noticed there’s mold and some leaves have fallen/ plucked some of the slimy stems too. Any advice/tips are appreciated!

It might be retaining too much water 🤔 Also check if there’s water pooling in the cover pot

Thank you! Thankfully no water pooling in cover pot, but maybe it is retaining too much water 🤔

I’d maybe repot into a better draining soil mix - I have my peperomias in a mix with quite a lot of perlite in and it stopped mold growing

Idk where you’re based but im in the uk and ordered a 10L bag of VitaLink clay pebbles for £9 off amazon and they have worked just fine for me :) I haven’t tried the sand personally but have heard it works but have no recs for that. Hope you’re problem solves!
