Really need help with my Norfolk Pine. Half is dying. I should have repotted in the spring. Do you think I should now? I really don’t want it to die. Any advice is appreciated.

I would. Especially if some problem is suspected, ie: root bound, root rot, etc. IMHO it is a tree and now is a good time for planting trees. 🪴
