You know, I have almost the same exact thing on my plants. I just posted some of my photos with my snake plants.

I’d cut this one at the bottom of where it’s brown; once it turns this color it won’t come back from it. Once you cut the bad part off the piece will still continue growing like the others, don’t worry. The other leaves seem fine so let them be. Make sure you’re only watering it about once a month (these plants get overwatered super easily). Make sure it’s in a pot with drainage holes or if it’s not don’t water it frequently. Keep an eye on it for any other issues but since it’s only on one piece I wouldn’t worry too much about it

Those long leaves make me think it might benefit from more light but if you’re ok with it looking long and skinny and growing slower but also needing less water then you can leave it because I don’t think that’s causing the browning
