Fairy Castle Cactus- a coworker gave me this for Christmas years ago. Clearly it’s growing well. However, this plant bores me. I can’t visually see the new growth…it’s just there. I don’t get excited about it. I did recently learn how to propagate this one and I’m making one for a friend that is a fellow plant lover. I’ve never seen it bloom. Anyone else have one of these and does it bring you joy. I want to love this one…but 🥴🫣.

Woooow! 🤩 But yeah I understand what you mean. It’s so fun to actually be able to see the growth as it’s happening. But it’s still beautiful

If you zoom in and see cat hair, know that this doubles as a great scratching post for cats. 🤣😂🤣

Wow that’s a huge one! But yeah, even my smaller one grows so slowly that I don’t notice the difference unless I go back to look an old picture lol. Maybe someone on Facebook marketplace would pay a pretty penny for it

Cuttings will sell especially if a photo of this mother plant is included. It gives plant lovers hope. 😁

The best way to learn how to pack plants for shipping is to buy a plant from an online seller. They include a UniHeat heat pack in colder months (about +$5 charge to sellers). Small scale sellers typically use USPS Priority Mail and ship early in the week to avoid the package sitting in a truck over the weekend.
These plant sellers pack plants very well.
Etsy stores:
HelloFoliage
PlantObsessedSD
CallSummerGarden
JacquelineHomeGarden
SoCalPlantDoll

Non-Etsy Stores:
Steve’s Leaves
Plant Proper
Gardino Nursery
Gabriella plants

Thank you for the input! I have never order one online and actually just discovered that you can! 😂

Online shopping offers the largest varieties that local stores can’t carry. Most are reputable. Just read their return policies.

Omg I would buy that in a heartbeat! It’s on my list but I never see any that are even close to that nice! I’m in south Jersey if you decide to sell😃
