# Hi guys. I am here again with another query. I bought this Zz plant…

Hi guys. I am here again with another query. I bought this Zz plant about a month ago. And today, i was trying to repot it only to find out how much root bound it was. The roots are pretty tight in real and i couldn’t even loosen it a-bit. I am afraid if i wrestle down a little, the roots will be disturbed. What would be the best thing to do with such roots in a Zz plant?

Put it in a pot 2” larger in diameter. The roots will find their way into the new soil. They’re hardy plants. Then water and leave it be.
