# Are these color of leaves mean they are starting to get overwatered?…

Are these color of leaves mean they are starting to get overwatered? I have about 6 leaves like this but the rest are dark green.

Check the soil and roots the next watering time. Soil should be dry 1” to 2” inch from the top before watering. Better to underwater a little than overwater. Also, plants slow growth as temperatures fall. So, less watering is needed.  
Could need fertilizer if water is a non issue.

Are there any pests? It’s hard to tell but looks like there’s a lot of white stuff on the leaves.

No it’s hard water stain. When I bought the plant, the lady watered it for me but she used sink water. Where I’m from our water has a lot of minerals.
