# Hi I’m brand new to plant health and plant care and I’m wondering if…

Hi I’m brand new to plant health and plant care and I’m wondering if anyone knows what’s up with my string of hearts I just got it about 2 weeks ago and it seems kind of limp and just overall not doin good I would appreciate it if I got some pointers and tips:)

Hi, is it placed in a bright sunny spot? The new growth seems like it's reaching for more light. Also if you feel the leaves carefully and if they bend into a taco shape and look kind of leathery that's when you need to water, and not to much water. (When you do the taco test it should bent in the middle of the leaf from the stem to the point of the heart, if it doesn't bend don't force it, test a few leaves)
