Is this a good place to have a propagation wall? Light usually reflects well onto here but at the moment it is super cloudy, which it usually is not.

At first I thought…

This person has terrible aim taking a picture.

Does reflective wall actually work?  
Window, window, window is all I know that works unless a plant is outside.

I’d invest in a grow light

I’ve got a two grow lights but should I use them when water propagating plants?

They’ll work just as fine ^^

Use a light meter or light meter app to show the amount of light at the location to determine if the light can support the plants you are propagating.  
Grow lights are very cheap. A grow light bulb is cheaper using a lamp you already own.

I have a “light wall,” but I don’t think the “reflection” does much. (I almost put a mirror in there for that reason, though.)
