I would cut off any rotting roots asap (clean scissors), find it a new pot or thoroughly clean that pot and get it new soil (use one part bleach to 10 parts water to clean, and dry before use). If theres not many roots left which it looks like they won’t be - you’re gonna have to cut back the leaves just so it has the energy to grow new roots. If this doesn’t work then your best bet is to propagate it. Cut the stem at the base and let it callous over for a couple days, when its dried up put it in a cup of water. ZZ plants take ageeesssss to root ive found but should see new roots within month or two , and once these are about 2in long you can repot in soil. Hope this helps!

Omg yes thank you! Sadly i can’t do this now so I’ll have to do it tomorrow.
Edit : thankfully it’s only one bulb that has been affected and it doesn’t have a new growth on the way, plus her leave are already turning yellow. Also a good thing, is that the rot we saw in the photo isn’t on the blubs where there are new growth sonthat thells me that i can probably just trow this part aside and take care of the other more healty bulbs

No worries! Wish you luck! Root rot is terrible 😩

This happened to me. I didn't put it directly back in soil. I did a Neem oil mix with dishsoap and purified water. The I let it sit. It might be best to do the same and then let it sit in clean water so you can monitor until you see good roots coming from it.

The problem is that i don’t have neem oil

Then use Hydrogen Peroxide.
1tbsp to a cup.

If I was your neighbor I would gladly give you some, as I have wayyyyy more than enough lol
