# silly question here when i fertilize hydroponic plants do i keep it…

silly question here when i fertilize hydroponic plants do i keep it in the fertilized water or only for a certain amount of time then change? all the vids and comments i’ve seen say to fertilize but never specify on how to do it.

Just put it in the water and keep it there until the next time you change the water

You are supposed to change your water every week or so. But I don’t. I just keep my fertilizer to 1/4 or 1/2 strength and fill up the vessels with that mixed in water every watering. Up to you if you want to do a strong brew then change water, or do mild brew and don’t. I’m lazy. Lol.
