Please could some invent a root X-ray machine?!

I’m worried about my monstera. I’ve repotted it a few times this year (from a far too big pot and then a pot with the wrong medium). I think I’ve got the pot and the medium right, but it’s never had strong roots and I just want to know what’s going on in there! I’ve messed this poor plant around so much. I just want it to be a lush, full, fenestrated beauty.

Don’t repot it any more and let it recover. It’s probably stressed out 🥺

Whenever I have a plant that is looking really sad I propagate it just in case it does die. Then I’m not out a plant.

I am tempted to propagate! Maybe chop it all up and grow it in water…
