Does anyone know what this brainy looking plant is? I want to buy some!! And can it be propagated?

It’s a celosia! I’m not sure if it can be propagated but ones the flower starts to wilt you can take the seeds and grow your own!

No problem! You’ll know the seeds are ready when you rub against that flowery part and the seeds fall out!

Do you happen to know if celosia (being perennials) come back the following year like a bulb… or does it only come back from seeds?

It only comes back by seeds. They’re self-seeding so you might see them come back on their own
