Cutting is definitely better. If the entire leaf down to the stem is dead, tugging it lightly to take the whole thing off is best, but if it’s only sections of a leaf, cutting it is better!

I cut and then when the little nub is dead and dry peel it off lol

I think nursery did the same thing~ I saw those little nub when I got this plant~ I’ll try to do the same thing next time~~
