How do I repot this plant in the best way possible? I have repotting soil, is that okay to use? (That’s all I have right now too)

You can use potting soil, but I’d add perlite for some extra drainage. If your soil mix is a chunky one that dries out well, you should be good (in my experience). give the plant a pot 1-2 sizes up to allow for plenty of room to grow. I’ve seen some people say to used ceramic/glazed/glass pots over terracotta due to moisture wicking, but I haven’t had a bad experience with terracotta. If you see any aerial roots starting and can determine the “back” of Monty, you can install a moss pole to start training it to climb. 😁

That’s good advice! Thank you!
