Thrips! They are like locusts that never migrate! They can get very bad very quickly. They lay eggs and glue them under the leaves or wedged inside the plant to feed on sap when born. They feed on the entire plant including fruits.
Quickly isolate the infected plant(s). Treat once a week with neem oil, insecticidal soap or other type of treatment. It takes several applications to get rid of them. They are hard to see without a magnifying glass. Good luck!🍀
