# How can I avoid mold in my terrarium? I’ve only just spotted smallest…

How can I avoid mold in my terrarium? I’ve only just spotted smallest bit on a piece off wood in it. I have removed but want to avoid it as much as possible obviously.

It might be too wet. Leave it open to the air a bit. Not sure what kind of terrarium you have though.

Thank you I think it was too wet as had condensation all the time
