I’ve started using coco coir for a lot of my plants, either pure or mixed with sphagnum moss. But I read that it has less nutrients than normal potting mix. I’m thinking of using fertilizer sticks instead of liquid fertilizer because I’ve been having good results with those with my other plants. Is it a good idea to use them with coco coir? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks ahead of time! 🙏🏼

i use earthworm castings with my coco coir mixes and fertilize with liquid fertilizer a few months after repotting to supplement nutrients. if you’ve had good luck with the fertilizer sticks though i’d say go for it
