Well, that might be because it’s not a monstera… that’s a Hope Philodenron! It looks like it might be nutrient deficient, have you been fertilizing it?

Looks like root rot. Make sure you have drainage, remove all water logged soil and replace with new soil. Then water normally according to planta’s recommendation. But what the above comment says, also not a monstera! 😂 easy mistake!!
