Any help would be so appreciated, do I trim these so the plant keeps growing? Can I do anything with them? I love this plant and I want to give it the life it deserves!

It’s raindrop peperomia and the new growth has flowers coming out. That’s all I know. 😂

I would leave them! New growth is a good thing. If you’re wanting to encourage more new growth the best thing is to cut off some of the roots, but make sure you research the plant first
