# I can not for the life of me get my fiddle to be completely happy.…

I can not for the life of me get my fiddle to be completely happy. Still somehow I’m getting new leaves with edema yet some are perfectly fine. Should I try letting the soil dry out all the way?? I usually wait til it’s mostly dry but not completely.

How often are you watering? Oedema is a sign of watering too frequently

Once every 10-12 days, depending on how the soil feels

Oh so not even that often, what’s the soil like? Is it well draining?

RIGHT! Its in an all purpose soil mix plus more perlite, bark, worm castings \& charcoal.
