Mini Monstera roots - are they okay?

I’m a beginner plant owner - I got this mini monstera earlier this year and it’s been growing well. I’m just curious if the roots at the base look normal? They seem to be much smaller as they go into the soil (and seem fragile) so wanted some input before I try to repot. Thanks for any advice!

Don’t worry about it too much. Monstera stems naturally taper towards the roots. She looks happy and healthy to me! The one thing I would suggest is giving her a support to climb since it looks like she’s already starting to crawl. Good luck! :)
