# couple of questions about this plant i just got this morning. planta…

couple of questions about this plant i just got this morning. planta is saying it’s a corn plant but the label on it said bromeliad, is anyone able to identify this for me? secondly, there are white spots all up and down the leaves that look like residue from the dishwasher (lol), is this plant infected? any advice is appreciated 🤍🫶🏻

it’s definitely a corn plant. not the one you labeled it as, but i’ll go find the right kind and get back to you on it :) also the white residue i think is normal, you can wipe it off the leaves if you want, but lots of my plants have it and j think it’s just dried water or smth like that
