# I’ve never needed more plant help than I do right now! Still a…

I’ve never needed more plant help than I do right now! Still a beginner but getting braver and adding more and more (too many) to my little plant family everyday.

I took a leap and ordered from Etsy sellers and had two amazing experiences and figured wth, it’s safe! So I ordered from a tik tok shop a “mystery box”. I was proud to support a small business, the seller was also a mom of a young child etc.

Fast forward to what I received which was ofc nothing like advertised, and the seller won’t answer messages.

Please help me identify what I can only decipher is a medley of a bunch of plants? I’m sorry but I hate it. If you guys can help me decipher what all the different plants are, should I separate them? I think I correctly ID’d a golden pothos and a pothos njoy. Beyond that….🤷🏽‍♀️. I’ll be glad to send more pictures for anyone sparing me their precious time helping me break this silliness down:

Pearls and jade? Not sure. I am not a pothos expert by any means, but I do have a little cutting.

MAYBE a ponytail palm?

Yay we have the same name! Lol I kinda thought that was what it was also….one of the only plants I had no interest in ever owning lol.

At this point I’m just being bitter I don’t mean to be negative. I will show it love and kindness, even if it is not my fondest desire lol.

Oh man, what a weird way to sell a mystery box! I’d say ultimately, you’re going to want to separate them. I think you have all pothos and philodendrons in that bundle. Yeah, I think golden pothos and njoy or pears\&jade pothos. The small heart-shaped dark green leaf is a heart leaf philodendron or micans philodendron. The big long yellow ones might be lemon lime philodendron golden goddess philodendron. There might me more in there if you separate them, not sure. The second pot maybe some type of dracaena. I hope that helps and your new plants thrive!

Oh and I think I spy a satin pothos too. The dark green one with white spots that’s kinda shaped like an eye with cattail eyeliner lol
