Looks like it might be bruising since that leaf looks like it has seen some damage. Nothing to worry about imo

I don’t think its a fungus or it would have a nucleus, I get them on my birds of paradise every once in a while too, they usually come on older leaves no matter what I do and popped up from sunburn when I kept it outside. You can cut the leaf off if you want but its no harm to the plant
