# One of today’s plant projects will be to divide up this planter that…

One of today’s plant projects will be to divide up this planter that I bought from the rose shop while at a funeral service for my grandma this week. I figured it was a wonderful way to remember her ☺️ some of these have different watering needs, so they can’t all stay in the same soil.

The question is… pot up in nursery pots and arrange back in this larger pot so they appear to still be planted together, or put them in nicer pits and let them shine on their own? 🤔

I think once I get them disassembled, their roots will dictate my decision!

So sorry for your loss! ❤️  
There are so many species in here, it’s insane! I’m assuming they have different light needs, too…if that affects your decision at all. It will be great whatever you decide 😊

Also how is your Thai constellation monstera plantlet doing?!?!? 😮‍💨

Omg mine is in such rough shape…I guess we should just buy mature ones! And the tissue cultures apparently don’t acclimate well 😪 oops

I have a few younger ones (all tissue cultures) that are doing okay for now 🤞

This is the exact same plant ingot from my brothers funeral. Wow, I was apprehensive about separating them all but you’ll have a gang of plants when you do

My condolences to you and your family! I think it’s such a cool idea to make them look like they’re still together! It won’t last forever, but it would be so cool!
