My money tree has all of a sudden started losing leaves. It’s been healthy for a whole year. Anybody have any idea what could be going on? The leaves have these spots on them.

Has any water got on the leaves? Maybe try posting in pests, diseases and problems?

Oh and maybe too much water maybe too little.
