# Im freaking out here! How can I get rid of these white pest!? I spray…

Im freaking out here! How can I get rid of these white pest!?  
I spray them with Castile two or three weeks ago.  
Should I do it again? And for these pest would disappear?  
HELP!!!!!!

Mealy bugs. Definitely concur on using neem oil. They can quickly get a lot worse. I fought them for several weeks for almost 2 months. You may need repeat applications.

Remove any visible bugs you can ( I like to remove them with diluted rubbing alcohol and a q-tip), then spray and wipe down the leaves with an insecticidal soap or neem mixture. You’ll probably need to continue spraying and wiping the leaves once a week for 3 or 4 weeks until they’re all gone.  
You can also use systemic granules in the soil, but that takes some time to take effect. The roots soak up the systemic and make the plant toxic for bugs to eat

Thank you guys! I was just spray them with Castile before I check this comment.

Im going to isolate monsteras for a while now

Sorry to hear about the mealys…I just went through this and it’s the worst
