So I have this Aglaonema Valentine and she’s been doing good and now she has this uhh bud sorta thing sprouting up on her does anyone know what it is?

The flowers should be beheaded, sadly, cause the berries that come from the flower are poisonous to touch and if ingested. Just a PSA. I have to behead mine this week. 😔
