Hi, these spider plants are not doing well at all. What can I do to help them thrive?

how often are you watering them?

i think that’s too often. check the soil before watering, it needs to be dry on top. i water my spider plant once every week and a half or two weeks.

watering too often can lead to root rot, which can deteriorate the plant

Also I’ve had much better results with watering from below, so no water sits on the top for too long
