I had to look up why mine had similar marks, it’s likely burst capillaries from the inability or f the cells to absorb too much water too fast. I posted about it in the pest, problems… forum if you want the long answer ☺️ it can improve and maybe go away as the leaves age based on my research.

When the leaves have to much liquid or water one them, and are incapable of absorbing all of it, the cells burst. It’s not harmful, I don’t believe.

I believe it’s called edema, it happens when cells in the plant's leaves swell and burst often caused by moisture stress. I have a FLF myself \& can’t seem to stop this from happening. I tried not letting it dry out so much in between, humidifier. However when I repotted I noticed it had a death plug wrapped around the root ball \& since removed I’ve gotten 03 new leaves \& one of them DOESNT HAVE IT! Totally harmless \& they to tend to fade as the leaf matures 😬😬
