When is a good time to repot? can it be done at any time? and what’s the correct way to do it? what happens if the roots are exposed? TYIA!

it really depends on the plant when choosing a pot size use one thats 1-2 inches bigger then the root ball. some plants like different kinds of soil and drainage. I wouldn't repot when a plant like an alocasia or monstera is pushing out a new leaf and never when its blooming do it after the blooms fall off or die

As far as when, I re-pot a few days after watering. It’s a gentler experience for the plant (I’m also not pulling this info out of my butt).
