Any Chinese hibiscus folks around?

I’ve been struggling a bit with my new-ish Chinese hibiscus. I had a couple of blooms a few weeks ago and I’m monitoring the soil and pH closely. I think the soil has been too wet recently and I’m trying to dry it out with a fan. It gets direct sunlight for about 8hrs a day.

Has anyone successfully cultivated a Chinese hibiscus and can you share what’s worked or not worked for yours?

Hi,  
Mine was similar few days ago. I started keeping it inside of house to save it from cold temperature. Now its blooming good.
