Question about silica gold- I started using this a month ago on my variegated plants. How long do you wait to feed your plant after watering it with the silica ? Thank you an advance - picture of one my beauty’s!

Incredible Monstera! Is it an albo? I’m still learning the variations.

Thank you so much ❤️ it is ! Got her for a Mother’s Day gift and since got 3 new leafs. The one on the top right just hardened off ☺️
