# Spider plant exploding with pups. I repotted this plant about 4…

Spider plant exploding with pups. I repotted this plant about 4 months ago. It had a few pups at the time. Since then it has exploded with pups. Any ideas on care and pruning? I water the plant and mist the pups regularly. I also dead head any spent blossoms.

if i were you pull most pups off and put them in a bit of water or soil and then you could keep or sell them (if you have kids you can give them to teachers at end of term)

Mr Plant Guy. Thanks great idea. I fear I will lose the pups if I keep them all. I’m thinking everyone is getting a spider plant at my next ladies luncheon!
